Review: Three Wishes

Three Wishes Three Wishes by Lisa Manifold
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Synopsis:

To find out what might have been, she has to give up control over what will be.

After a long night of eating too much ice cream and lamenting her less than wise choices, Tibby Holloway wakes up to find a freelancing djinn sitting on her bed. He makes her the offer of a lifetime: three wishes – three chances to go back and change her life.

She can choose a different career, find the man she loved and lost - in short, she can go back and do everything right this time.

But there's a catch.

Once she's gone back three times, once she’s created three new—and hopefully better—realities, the djinn will decide where she ends up.

Maybe it would be better not to even know … but that’s a chance Tibby will have to take if she wants to have her THREE WISHES

My Thoughts:

Cover/Title: I love paranormal books (if you have read my reviews then you know this) and this was no different. I don't come across too many Djinn books and I couldn't wait to dive into this one.

Characters: I love Tibby. She has made some really bad choices in her life and she knows it. I love that she admits that she is human and that she made mistakes. I loved Seth, Rick and Bryant. Each man was different and had a different impact on her.

Plot: Tibby meets a Djinn who offers who 3 wishes. She can go back in time and take the other choice 3 times. There is a catch, though. The djinn will decide which life we will live in the end. Will it be her current life or one of the 3 new paths that she chooses?

Overall: I absolutely loved this book. The djinn was sneaky and I loved that. Oh and Bryant was hilarious. He didn't even know about her 3 wishes but he knew something was up when he saw her face. I was giggling right along with him. I can't wait to see what mischief this crazy djinn gets up to next.
