This book grabbed my attention starting with 'the bet' and didn't let go. I loved how something as simple as a family bet could bring together two people. Peter just didn't quite fit the mold of a man who grew up in luxury. I loved that he was rich but still had a heart. I also loved that Belle wasn't just a pretty face. This is just the type of romance novel I was in the mood for today.
