Review: The Spell of Four: Luck's Hollow Urban Fantasy Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance

The Spell of Four: Luck's Hollow Urban Fantasy Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance The Spell of Four: Luck's Hollow Urban Fantasy Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance by Casey Morgan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Synopsis:

Three big, handsome elves. One heartbroken witch. And a spell that could help heal her grieving heart.

After Mila Jackson's mom passed away, she went to Ireland to continue her mother's quest to find their ancestors. Her mother had been adopted out of a nunnery in Luck's Hollow, Ireland, by a family in the States, and she'd always told Mila that they were cursed by loneliness. Only finding their true family could break it. Now, Mila was also stuck in a curse of grief, and her mother had also always said that only love could heal a broken heart. Mila is convinced that once she finds her long-lost relatives in Luck's Hollow, she could enact a spell to break the curses.

First, though, she finds Aiden Hennessy, a strapping elf who co-owns the Hennessy House along with his family. Then she meets his two best friends, the O'Dell brothers, who, in addition to also being elves, are billionaire beer tycoons.

They're all equally handsome. They warn her away from her relatives that she had come to find in Luck's Hollow, saying that they have a reputation for being bad witches. And they all three begin to let on that they want to be with her.

Mila starts to wonder if perhaps the love of one of these elves could heal her broken heart, even if she can't reunite with her family. But first she has to find out if her ancestors are as bad as the elves say they are - and the elves will combine their magical powers with hers to help her do that.

And then she has to figure out which elf she wants to be with.
Or does she have to choose?
Maybe it'll take the love - and lust - of all three of them at once to help her break the curse and start feeling better in more ways than one...

The Spell of Four is a full-length super steamy urban fantasy reverse harem paranormal romance. It is intended for ages 18 and up due to its heat level and adult situations and language.

My Thoughts:

I love that some of the characters in book 1 are seen again in book 2. The McDonnells are quite the characters. They don't seem to improve with age except for the very few. I did enjoy learning about Honora's story and her connection to Mila. I am enjoying this series so far.
