*I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book*
I was torn about this book. It is only part 1 (of 3) so the reader only gets a small taste of the story. Part 1 is mostly the background part. The story revs up and just as the action starts, part 1 is over. Yes, it ends rights there leaving the reader hanging. Is this good or bad? I don't know. I definitely would have rather read all 3 parts at one time as a complete book but I am not disappointed. I am excited to read the rest and can't wait until it comes out.
