This story was ok. There is something missing but I can't pinpoint what it is. I didn't really connect with the characters that much. I didn't like Gabriel at all in the beginning because he just seemed arrogant and creepy. Later, he showed that he was capable of being honorable and I liked him better. I wish the story had been longer and pulled the reader into their lives more.
