I really find it hard to review short books like this and rarely give them higher than 3 stars (that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the book). I did enjoy the story but it is rushed and over quite quickly. My only complaint is that I wish it were longer and allowed the reader to really connect with the characters. If you love animals and have a pet that is like family to you, then this book is definitely for you. They are more than animals, they are angels in our lives.
