My Thoughts:
I enjoyed this book but I have an issue with how short it is. The author doesn't take time to flesh out the characters. You barely get to know them at all and the book is done. There is a good idea there but it really needed to be longer and more world building. I barely know what the world is like and then the author throws in time travel. Where did that come from? It could have been a 4 or 5 star book if the author had taken the time to make it a full sized book. It feels like the intro to a book and then it stops with no real end goal in mind.
